About Hackman
Hackman was established in 1790 and began making cutlery in 1876, which makes it the pioneer of Finnish cutlery design. Its Savonia range, drawn by the German designer Adolf Babel in 1967 at Sorsakoski in the province of Savo, is the best-selling cutlery series ever sold in Finland and became the domestic standard. Hackman came to Fiskars with the Iittala Group in 2007.
