Wedgwood has been making British tableware since Josiah Wedgwood began in 1759, more than 260 years of it. The brand is inseparable from Jasperware, the unglazed blue stoneware with applied white reliefs that it still hand-crafts in Britain, and it markets itself on eclecticism and the deliberate mixing of patterns. Fiskars bought it with the WWRD group from KPS Capital Partners, completing on 2 July 2015.
