About KrisShop
KrisShop is the omni-channel retail arm of Singapore Airlines, selling in the air, online and on the ground, and its own Batik Label runs collaborations with characters and brands including Paddington and Miffy. Its network of brand partners grew 15 per cent in the year to 31 March 2026 and its KrisShopper loyalty scheme grew 21 per cent to more than 445,870 members, who accounted for 68 per cent of platform sales. KrisFlyer members produced 73 per cent of total sales.
