About Moomin Arabia
Moomin Arabia puts Tove Jansson's Moomins on ceramics, cutlery and tumblers, mostly on shapes from Kaj Franck's Teema range, and adds new seasonal themes each year. The Arabia half of the name belongs to Fiskars Group; the Moomins do not. Moomin Characters Oy Ltd is the body responsible for Moomin copyright supervision, holds the characters as registered trademarks worldwide and licenses them to more than 800 licensees, of which Fiskars is one of the oldest — Tove Slotte has been hand-drawing the Moomins onto Arabia, Fiskars and Hackman pieces since the early 1990s.
