About TINE
TINE is the name the Norwegian dairy co-operative puts on its milk, yoghurt, cottage cheese and brown cheese. In 2025 it launched Mellommelk, which it called the biggest change on the milk shelf since Lettmelk arrived 25 years earlier, and TINE Norsk Mozzarella, which quickly took 12 per cent of a segment previously supplied by imports and own labels. Norway gained access to China for dairy for the first time in November 2025, and TINE has begun work to get its own products, brunost among them, into that market.
