About Helios

Helios started in Norway in 1969 as the country's first sales channel for organic food, and the brand now belongs to Midsona Norge. Its range is narrow and, by Midsona's account, profitable: spices without sugar or additives, oils, vinegar, pasta, rice, tofu, grains, nuts and dried fruit. In 2025 it added products aimed at the clean-eating trend that followed the new Nordic dietary guidelines.
