About Bofferding
Bofferding is the beer the brewery is generally known by, and its Pils Tradition — pale, 4.8 per cent alcohol and 21 IBU of bitterness — is the Luxembourg standard, sold in bottles, cans, packs and kegs. The range is small and deliberate: an alcohol-free version under 0.4 per cent that the brewery says keeps a profile close to the Pils, made from pure malt and hops with no added sugar, and a mahogany-coloured Christmas beer at 5.5 per cent with walnut aromas and a chocolate-edged bitterness.
