About Dallmann's
Dallmann's is a German maker of medicinal-style sweets, best known for sage lozenges first developed by the pharmacist Georg Dallmann for the pharmacy trade. The company, Dallmann's Pharma Candy GmbH of Hofheim am Taunus, has made them since 1959, and Katjes International took a majority in March 2012. The prospectus calls its sage sweets the best-selling cough sweet in German pharmacies by packs sold and says the sweets are produced under contract at Katjes in Emmerich.
