Kolesa.kz is the leading online car classifieds marketplace in Kazakhstan, and a Kantar survey commissioned by Kaspi.kz found 74 per cent of respondents named it first for car classifieds against 8 per cent for the runner-up. Kaspi Shop LLC bought 39.758 per cent of Kolesa JSC from a Baring Vostok vehicle on 12 October 2023 and controls the board through a trust management agreement over a further 11 per cent of the shares, so it consolidates the business while holding well under half of it.
