Hepsiburada is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Türkiye, run by D-MARKET Electronic Services & Trading on a hybrid model that combines first-party direct sales with a third-party marketplace. Kaspi.kz bought 65.41 per cent of it on 29 January 2025 for about $1.13 billion, took that to 75.96 per cent in December 2025 and to 85.17 per cent under an agreement signed on 5 January 2026. The business made up roughly a quarter of group revenue in its first year and lost money over it.
