About Mützig (Rwanda)
Mützig was introduced by BRALIRWA in 1987 as the first Rwandan premium beer and is now, by the company's own account, the leading beer in the Rwandan market. It was given a revamped visual identity in 2025 to sharpen its positioning as the beer of progression, and ran nationwide end-of-year festive activations. The same name is used by other brewers in other African markets.
