OGX is owned by Kenvue (the United States, NYSE: KVUE), which was separated from Johnson & Johnson on 23 August 2023.[1][2] Before Kenvue, OGX was owned by Johnson & Johnson from 2016 to 2023.[2]
OGX is a mass hair care brand launched in 2003, positioned around single hero ingredients such as argan oil and coconut milk and sold at supermarket prices with packaging that looks more expensive than it is. Johnson & Johnson acquired parent Vogue International in 2016 for $3.3 billion.
