About Philipponnat
Philipponnat is a champagne house founded in 1910 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, whose family origins the group traces to the early sixteenth century, shown by the 1522 date on its bottles. It owns the Clos des Goisses vineyard, which the group says was the first single-parcel cuvée in Champagne. BCC acquired it in 1997, and it sells mainly to fine dining and leading wine merchants.
