Tim Ho Wan is the Michelin-recognised Hong Kong dim sum chain known for its baked barbecue pork buns. Jollibee reached it indirectly first, through a 92 per cent interest in the Titan Dining private equity fund, then completed the transfer of 100 per cent ownership of the business on 2 January 2025 for SGD252.2 million and began consolidating it. It had 83 stores at the end of the year.
