About Vax

Vax was founded in Worcestershire in 1977 with a machine that both vacuumed and washed carpets, and it is one of the largest floorcare brands in the United Kingdom. Techtronic acquired it in 1999. Carpet washing machines have a much larger market in Britain than in most countries because fitted carpet is more common there.
