About Busta
Busta is the PET-bottled soft drink range S.M. Jaleel launched in 1997, the year the company also set up subsidiaries in Barbados — a joint venture with Goddard Enterprises to buy BIM Beverages — and in Guyana, both of which bottled Busta and Chubby locally. Two years later the brand was among those a joint venture with Culligan took into Haiti. It remains one of the company's most visible names in Trinidad and Tobago, where it has been used as an official beverage of Caribbean Premier League cricket.
