Amaro di Angostura is a deep amber liqueur from Angostura of Trinidad, with aromas of cinnamon, dark chocolate and the company's own aromatic bitters, which it recommends over ice, on its own or in cocktails. It sits in Angostura's range beside the bitters and the rums rather than in either.
