About Dijamant
Dijamant is Serbia's largest producer of edible oils and one of the region's leading makers of margarine, vegetable fats and mayonnaise-based delicatessen products, with its own primary processing of sunflower and soybean, oil pressing and extraction, and bottling lines. Fortenova Group had owned it after it passed through several regional consolidations; MK Group completed the purchase of Dijamant from Fortenova on 23 June 2026, which Serbian business press described as one of the most significant deals in the Adria region's agri-food sector and a move to strengthen MK Group's regional food-industry position.
