About Isenbeck
Isenbeck passed from Anheuser-Busch InBev to CCU Argentina on 2 May 2018 as part of a settlement that ended CCU's licence to brew Budweiser in Argentina seven years early. Ownership of the name transferred outright, along with Diosa, Norte, Iguana and Báltica, and CCU also received 306 million dollars in compensation for giving up the Budweiser contract.
