The report describes a subtle taste and aroma of desiccated coconut with a delicate sweetness, and says it can be served straight, on the rocks, with a chaser or mixed into a cocktail. About the owner: DCSL

DCSL is a publicly listed company headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Brandtree records 8 brands under its control, and it is listed as CSE: DIST.N0000.

Distilleries Company of Sri Lanka is a quoted Sri Lankan spirits company whose roots its annual report traces to 1913, when the Excise Department of Ceylon moved from enforcing liquor rules into distilling. It was privatised in the early 1990s. Its immediate parent is Melstacorp PLC, and the ultimate parent is Milford Exports Ceylon (Private) Limited. In 2024/25 it bought 99.4 per cent of Heineken Lanka from Heineken Asia Pacific and renamed it DCSL Breweries Lanka, which markets Heineken, Tiger and Anchor under the Heineken group's names (those are not listed here as DCSL brands) alongside DCSL's own beers. Its report also shows imported wines and spirits and a separate range marketed by Periceyl (Pvt) Ltd, a Melstacorp company; none of those are included.
