About Coach Fragrances

Coach fragrances are produced under an exclusive worldwide licence that Interparfums SA signed in 2015 and renewed in March 2025 to run through 30 June 2031. The Coach name belongs to the New York leather goods house founded in 1941, now part of Tapestry. The first women's scent arrived in 2016 and the men's in 2017; both became large sellers and the brand is now the licensee's second largest at 15 per cent of net sales, with the basketball player Jayson Tatum fronting the 2025 men's launch.

Trademark record for Coach Fragrances

The USPTO record for the Coach Fragrances mark lists Coach IP Holdings LLC as the owner of record (serial number 90230739). A trademark is often held by a group company rather than the listed parent, so the registrant's name can differ from the owner named above.[2]

About the owner: Inter Parfums

Inter Parfums is a publicly listed company headquartered in New York, United States, founded in 1982.

Inter Parfums has been in the prestige fragrance business since 1982 and answers the question of who is behind a designer perfume more often than the designer does. It develops, produces and distributes fragrances for about two dozen fashion, jewellery and lifestyle names, most of them under licence from the brand owner rather than owned outright, and it owns no factories: it acts as a general contractor and has third-party fillers assemble the finished goods. European brands run through Interparfums SA in Paris, a separately listed company 72 per cent owned by the New York parent, and 28 per cent of whose shares trade on Euronext. Its four largest brands in 2025 were Jimmy Choo at 17 per cent of net sales, Coach and Montblanc at 15 per cent each and GUESS at 12 per cent.
