Off-White fragrance is owned, not licensed: in December 2024 Interparfums SA bought all the Off-White brand names and registered trademarks for Class 3 fragrance and cosmetic products, subject to an existing licence that expired at the end of 2025. The streetwear label itself was founded in 2012 by the designer Virgil Abloh, who died in 2021, and is a separate business. Inter Parfums began commercial use of the fragrance trademarks on 1 January 2026 and expects its first launch in 2027, so nothing is on sale under its ownership yet.
