About Mizo Túró Rudi
Túró Rudi is a chocolate-coated bar of sweetened curd cheese, a Hungarian format with no real equivalent elsewhere, and Mizo Túró Rudi is the version made by Bonafarm's Sole-Mizo. It is prominent enough in the company's dairy business to be given its own section on the brand site. After decades with little change the Marcali plant developed a double-flavoured generation of the bar, adding lemon and blueberry and vanilla and cappuccino varieties alongside the plain one.
