About Thermomix
Thermomix, sold as Bimby in some markets, is the kitchen machine from Vorwerk that heats and blends in a single pot. Vorwerk's own page says Swiss engineer Hansjörg Gerber, working at Vorwerk, invented the first Thermomix in 1971 after a demonstration without matches for the gas stove. It is sold with the Cookidoo recipe platform; the TM7 was called Vorwerk's most successful launch.
