About Universal Studios Singapore
Universal Studios Singapore opened with Resorts World Sentosa in 2010 and is the only Universal Studios theme park in Southeast Asia. Genting does not own the name: its annual report lists Universal Studios among the international brand partners it has tie-ups with, alongside Premium Outlets, Zouk and Hilton. Illumination's Minion Land opened there on 14 February 2025 and a Super Nintendo World is under construction. The operating company, Genting Singapore, was 52.6 per cent held by Genting Berhad.
