About Aprilia
Aprilia came to Piaggio in 2004, the year the group entered the motorcycle business by acquiring the Aprilia and Moto Guzzi brands. It is the racing arm of the portfolio: Piaggio reports that Raul Fernandez's win at Phillip Island in October 2025 was Aprilia Racing's three-hundredth MotoGP victory. Aprilia led European fairing-sports-bike sales in 2025 on a 13 per cent segment share and grew 30 per cent in the United States. Its bikes are built at Scorzè and developed at Noale.
