About Eurocrem
Eurocrem is a hazelnut cocoa spread made at the Takovo plant in Gornji Milanovac, Serbia. The company says Takovo bought the licence and equipment in 1972 from an Italian producer, Gandola, and the spread has been made there since, from skimmed milk powder, vegetable fats, hazelnut paste, sugar and lecithin. It came under Swisslion when Takovo was privatised in 2004. The same name is carried onto Eurocrem Mini Cornet and Eurokremic ice creams, and Eurocrem sits first in the group's confectionery menu.
