About Magix
Magix is Mutandis's main laundry detergent brand in Morocco, sold as hand-wash powder, detergent paste, machine powder (Magix Matic, introduced gradually from 2021) and a liquid for semi-automatic machines. Mutandis came to it in 2008, its first year, by buying 68% of Distra, the company that makes it, and an idle factory that had produced Magix, Nex and Wash. Distra is now 99.99% held. The brand is priced low and was rolled out in Mauritania, Mali, Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire in 2014.
